Greg Fischer answers the Liberty Candidate questions:

Greg Fischer for State Senate, NY

1. Re. the U.S. Financial System:
1a. What is your view of the monetary system in the U.S. today?

The monetary system is hemorrhaging money! We are creating money
supply without expanding product based output; therefore we are creating
credit and exporting wealth irresponsibly in the forms of personal
debt, corporate debt, and trade debt. We are exporting our wealth to
foreign entities because our loose monetary policy was created by a
"lawyer class" that lacks the experience in creating exportables. We are
subsidizing banks by giving them free or low cost money for them to
re-lend while the US taxpayer pays the bill via the US Government
Securities (traded at market rates) that provide the underlying interest
free money for the banks. Thereafter, we feed a bankruptcy system that
often rewards fraud feasors but more often punishes middle-class debtors
that were most likely struck with a crisis (like a lost career or
health emergency) in part by over-rewarding bankruptcy trustees — even
when they pillage creditors and fleece innocent equity stakeholders.

1b. What is primarily responsible for a large percentage of our
nation’s current economic, social and political problems?

Bad leadership, the major parties, lobbyists, runaway narcissism,
lack of career opportunity, and non-investigative tabloid obsessed
press. The leaders "die in office" after they are elected. The major
parties act like a UNION for the incumbents. Lobbyists can BUY elections
for very little because most elected officials sell out easily for a
trip and a small contribution. More than money, NARCARCISM and power
obsessions rule the politics; mentally ill narcissists in control are
ego fed by a system that thrives more on the looking good in the
spotlight then doing well in the name of principles. The press fills its
air minutes and pages with sensationalist trash and gossip and ignores
real issues like economics, corruption, and government oversight. Social
problems are increasing because our youth are resigned that there will
be few future rewards available to them. For failed press we then end up
with a lot of parasitic events — runaway fraud, loss of liberties,
corrupt judges, and eminent domain abuse (to fund private developers on
projects of zero infrastructure value).

1c. What corrective actions would you work to implement?

I am starting a newspaper. I intend to BLOW THE WHISTLE on every bad
player whether I get elected or not. I am skilled in economics and
management — I will work to improve government and the economy. I will
protect and reward whistleblowers and those that bring efficiency and
cost savings to government. I would prosecute officials that betray
their office. I would use the power of the NYS Senate to try and impeach
bad and corrupt judges. I intend to focus on NYS economic development; I
will focus on industries where NYS can have an advantage, cut power
costs, and incentivize those who manufacture products in NYS with
targeted Tax Cuts.

1d. Do you agree or disagree with the actions the Federal Reserve
has taken to address the financial/economic crisis, and why?

The Federal Reserve (the FED) has done nothing to address "the
financial/economic crisis" except provide money to a failed economic
plan and corrupt institutions just like a drug pusher gives heroin to a
junkie. If the FED wanted to help they would have provided INVESTMENT in
the crumbling US Infrastructure (along with spending guidelines) and
they would have fixed a failed Tariff policy before that was done. The
reports that we are coming out of "recession" are a LIE!

2. Re. U.S. sovereignty:
2a. What are your thoughts on American sovereignty in an age of
globalism?

What "sovereignty"? In an age of multi-nationals with failed tariff
policy the US is just another place for the ultra-rich to shop and seek
snob status. TRADE DEBT has been an economy killer for all failed
nations of the last millennia. The first step to FIX the lost war to
protect US sovereignty is to reinstate tariffs. The second step is to
FIX energy policy and mandate a balanced energy policy that would end a
NET dependence on foreign energy.

2b. What is the biggest source of influence and actions in U.S.
government agencies and policies that has been damaging to American
sovereignty?

Lobbyists have to much say over US policy all the way down to the
government buyer level. Corporate lobbyists would have to submit AGENDAS
before meetings with government buyers and policy makers. Energy
companies have, for example, managed to evade all oversight for PRICE
FIXING, quashing oil alternatives, and secretly playing
"environmentalists" so there has even been a failure to build new oil
refineries!

2c. What can be done to limit these influences?

JAIL must be imposed when it is discovered that there was undue
influence in government policy or purchases. The US False Claims Act (US
CODE: TITLE 31, SUBTITLE III, CHAPTER 37, SUBCHAPTER III, §3729. False
claims) must be both EXPANDED and USED! My term for the new class
operating as thieves within government is the KLEPTOCRACY — the rule
by thieves. Taking BRIBES by elected officials should be made a
mandatory jail time offense.

3. What are your views on the necessity of the Patriot Act to
protect America?

The Patriot Act was a sham to invade the privacy of individuals for
political purposes and it was engineered by short-sighted power mongers.
If the Patriot Act were in full force before Sept 11, 2001 there is no
evidence (or theory) that the event at the WTC in New York would have
been avoided (even considering the debates of the source of actual event
or its planning, funding, communications, or other logistics).

4. Re. Foreign Policy:
4a. What is your opinion on current US foreign policy?

I am running for State Office but I do have an opinion. US Foreign
Policy is a random event. While the European Union is carefully planning
a coordinated policy and financial system, we are asleep with no
long-term strategy for strengthening America either by Military or
Economics. We are in places with our military that we need not be
(Germany and Japan for example). Our Middle-East policy is to pander and
service US corporations. Our patent policy disembowels invention. Our
education policy numbs-down our brightest students. Our political
structure is filled with a political appointed buddy-system and not by
achievers — and there should be some mix of open-competitive senior
officials in the government bureauracracies. Therefore, with a failed
management of our nation's institutions and our government how can we
have strong Foreign Policy?

4b. What is your stance about the “war on terror”?

There isn't a "War on Terror" — that is just the propaganda label
for WASTING MONEY! How can you have a war against a battle tactic
(terror, gas, landmines, etc.)? How can you have a "war" against an
enemy you refuse to identify? How can you have a war against the people
of Iraq and Afghanistan when nearly ALL of the 9/11 terrorists were
Saudi Arabians and there seems to be a nexus with Saudi Arabia as a nest
and funding source for terrorists?

4c. Do you understand the justification or the illegality of this
policy? Be Specific.

Undeclared "WARS" by any label, not declared by Congress, directly
violate the US Constitution. The cowards that do not honor their oath to
uphold the US Constitution and MAKE WAR without declaring war (a check
and balance of the US Constitution) must be impeached, recalled, or
otherwise de-throned!
